DEAR STUDENTS,
Due to the current epidemiological situation, we kindly ask you to take care of your health. The school continues its work as usual in online mode. We don’t expect new arrivals from other countries (according to restrictions from 16/03 till the 1st of May Russian borders are closed for foreign citizens).
RECOMMENDATIONS
Follow the recommendations of Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer
Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing (Rospotrebnadzor):
Avoid visiting public places: shopping centers, sports and entertainment events, public transport during rush hours. Use a medical mask in public places, change it every 2-3 hours. Avoid close contact and staying in the same room with people who have visible symptoms of COVID-19 (coughing, sneezing, running nose). Wash your hands with soap more often. Disinfect gadgets, office equipment, and surfaces you touch, especially your mobile phone. Ensure that the room is cleaned and aired. If possible, avoid close hugs and handshakes when greeting.

IF YOU FEEL SICK
Please stay at home and inform the school by e-mail info@derzhavin.com or by phone +7 812 578-53-98. The school administration will help you arrange a visit to a doctor, where you can run special tests if necessary.
Use a disposable napkin or handkerchief to cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing. In their absence, sneeze in the elbow bend. Minimize contact with healthy people.
ONLINE LEARNING
In case you prefer to leave Russia earlier (please follow the information providing by the Embassy of your country regarding access to your country) you can continue your course online by Skype (we can switch on a laptop camera for you to follow the lesson of your class or you can exchange your course for individual Skype lessons).
We are also preparing Online programs that will be launched in 1-2 weeks (follow the news at the website https://derzhavin.com/online/):
- Online Group Standard course (Mon-Fri, duration 2 h, or morning 10.00 or evening 20.00).
- Online Grammar group lessons (Tuesday, Thursday, at 20:00)
- Online Speaking group lessons (Wednesday, Friday, at 20:00)
- Online Speaking group lessons on weekends (Saturdays, at 12.00)
- Online Grammar russian on weekends (Saturdays, at 13.30)
